Job Overview

Schneider is seeking a skilled Regional Van Truckload Driver to join our team. As a Regional Van Truckload Driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight across the eastern 37 states, with a high volume of predictable power lanes.

Our Regional Van Truckload Drivers enjoy consistent freight, allowing for maximum drive time and less downtime. With a 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight, you will have the opportunity to drive within the eastern 37 states.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Regional Van Truckload Driver, you will receive competitive pay, including mileage pay and hourly pay while on duty. You will also be eligible for weekly performance pay, paid orientation, and paid time off after 6 months.

In addition to our competitive pay and benefits, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) savings plan with company match.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a HazMat endorsement. A passport, FAST card, or Enhanced CDL is also preferred.
