Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based clinical practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring the effective use of resources and achieving financial targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive care management experience, with a strong background in leadership and management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
