Project Management Responsibilities:

  • Oversee coordination of internal and external resources to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Champion safety practices and promote engagement across the site consistently.
  • Develop comprehensive project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility and resource allocation.
  • Evaluate project performance utilizing appropriate metrics, tools, and methodologies.
  • Establish clear communication channels and provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.
  • Build and sustain relationships with third-party vendors and lead collaborative efforts through meetings and reporting.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Generate and maintain thorough project documentation.
  • Conduct audits and provide training as necessary, covering areas such as project software, sealing, and installation procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Naval Nuclear Power School graduate, or equivalent experience.

  • Over 10 years of experience in technical project management or operations within a complex infrastructure setting, including a minimum of 3 years supervising teams on similar projects.
  • Demonstrated management experience in developing scalable initiatives, defining strategic roadmaps, and translating high-level strategies into actionable projects.
  • Certification in OSHA 30 Hour Construction Outreach or equivalent is required.
  • PMP or PRINCE II certification is advantageous.
