Job Description: The Pediatric Nursing Unit Manager is responsible for managing the individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborating with Physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to Patients, Friends, and Families; and supervising assigned team members. Key responsibilities include delivering patient care through facility nurse activities, administering medications and intravenous fluids as ordered by physicians, and monitoring blood pressures, temperatures, and vital signs at regular intervals.

Salary: This position offers a competitive compensation ranging from $60 - $71 per hour, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess a BS in Nursing or an Associate's degree in Nursing with applicable work experience. A NYS license in Nursing with current registration is preferred. Additionally, previous long-term experience, good investigative skills, and the ability to write, educate, and work independently are essential.
