At Burlington, we are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key ambassador of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to our customers.
Greetings and assisting customers with locating merchandise is a top priority. Additionally, you will be involved in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping to ensure our sales floor remains neat and organized.
We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work, is committed to treating colleagues and customers with respect, and believes in the power of diversity and inclusion.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding merchandise
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Ringing up sales at registers and bagging merchandise
- Perform other tasks as assigned by manager
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
