Become a key ambassador for our brand in beautiful Cardiff by the Sea, sharing the power of our delicious, healthful acai bowls and smoothies with customers. As a successful team member, you will be dependable, efficient, friendly, and fastidious about food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food, including washing, slicing, and placement into containers for ongoing order production needs.
  • Adhere to all recipe and presentation standards, following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
  • Coordinate with food preparation to maintain products in quantities sufficient for ongoing order production needs.
  • Stock and hold products at an appropriate temperature within and on top of the topping preparation station according to best cleanliness practices and code requirements.
  • Assist in stocking stores in the back of house and front of the house as assigned.
  • Store food and supplies in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Dishwash, including washing, rinsing, and sanitizing all utensils, wares, and food equipment; maintain kitchen/back of house areas according to best cleanliness practices and code requirements.
  • Set up, clean, and dispose of trash in the Bowl Shop.
  • Clean assigned areas of the Bowl Shop at opening, closing time, and during retail operating hours.
  • Maintain best practices in food handling and follow all Serve Safe protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations by following Serve Safe regulations.
