Job Title: Critical Care RN Leadership Opportunity

Cynet Health is currently seeking an experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and contribute to high-quality patient care in a critical care environment.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, based on experience, with opportunities for professional growth and development. As a Critical Care RN, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a team of two or three nurses and a full-time hospitalist physician to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Work in a modern facility that prioritizes patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Be responsible for Pediatric patient care when needed.
  • Enjoy a schedule that includes 3 - 12 hour shifts per week with a rotation of every other weekend.
  • Pursue minimal direction or supervision in a supportive healthcare setting.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in ICU.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and ability to work independently.
