- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Industry Experience
- Experience in the electrical power industry, preferably in high voltage solutions.
- Technical Expertise
- Advanced knowledge of high voltage solutions, including insulation materials, dielectrics, and partial discharge.
- Leadership Experience
- Proven track record of leading technical projects and teams.
