Job Details
- Location: West Bend, WI - Froedtert West Bend Hospital
- Contract: 13 Week assignment
- Schedule: 4 8hour shifts per pay period, Monday- Friday 1st shift and 2shift coverage needs as well as weekend rotation coverage with Team
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and perform radiographic procedures in diagnostic radiology and operate imaging equipment
- Perform diagnostic studies according to specific guidelines and prescribed protocols while utilizing appropriate radiation protection measures
- Adhere to organizational customer service standards and support the organizational excellence initiatives
- Provide positive and effective interaction and communication with patients, visitors, and staff
- Perform ancillary services and assist in patient care areas as necessary
Requirements
- One year of current clinical experience in diagnostic radiology is preferred
- Clinical student experience may be considered in lieu of one year of current clinical experience
- Post high school completion of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program is required
- ARRT registered RT (R) in diagnostic radiology and current State of WI license as a Radiographer is required
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire
