Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain program sites and affiliations statewide
  • Supervise staff and provide technical assistance to program coordinators
  • Collaborate with community partners to promote family engagement and children's programming
  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on parenting skills and child development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences
  • Master's degree in behavioral sciences preferred
  • 3 years' experience working in human or social services
  • 1 year experience working directly with families or children in community or group settings
  • 1 year supervisory or administrative experience
  • Knowledge of child development and parenting skills building
  • Fluent in Spanish
