Position Overview:
As a Digital Production Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the Virtual Production Director, aiding in the execution of live broadcasts, and ensuring that the worship experience reaches individuals through our online channels.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Virtual Production Director with programming, rehearsals, setup, and execution of all online production events.
2. Lead, nurture, and develop the online production volunteers.
3. Train volunteers in utilizing live production technologies effectively during worship experiences.
4. Collaborate with the broadcast technology team to manage and maintain all equipment for both local and remote broadcasts.
5. Prepare all necessary files, graphics, and videos for weekend and event broadcasts.
6. Oversee the scheduling of online hosts, remote broadcast producers, and other roles essential for the online experience.
7. Work closely with the Live Production Department to identify and explore opportunities for enhanced impact.
8. Assist with non-broadcast church and departmental events as needed.
