Mixology Specialist

Jackmont Hospitality is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at TGI FRIDAYS // Store 1743. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Guests by mixing and serving a variety of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, as well as ensuring that all orders are accurately processed through our POS system.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Identify and serve Guests who appear to be 40 years old or younger, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Create a welcoming atmosphere in the bar area, making Guests feel at ease and valued.
* Prepare and serve drinks to Guests, using standard recipes and company-approved methods.
* Provide personalized service to repeat Guests, learning their names and favorite drinks.
* Coordinate food orders from Guests seated in the bar area with the kitchen.
* Learn and recommend menu items to Guests, increasing sales and revenue.
* Upsell food and drink items to Guests, where appropriate.
* Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to company standards.
* Accurately process all orders through the POS system.

**Qualification Requirements:**

* Must be able to dress neatly and professionally in company-approved uniform at all times.
* Must be able to operate the POS system, make change correctly, and process credit card transactions.
* Must be able to respond calmly and professionally to angry Guests, notifying a Manager as needed.
* Must be able to pass bar validation and maintain certification.
* Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with Guests, responding to their requests and needs.
* Must be able to hear and understand conversations in a loud environment.
* Must be able to lift 30-pound cases and carry them short distances, up or down stairs.
