Crisis Counselor

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Crisis Counselor to join our team in providing mobile crisis intervention services to individuals and families in need. As a Crisis Counselor, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality care and support to those experiencing a psychiatric crisis or mental health issues.

• Provide emergency and crisis intervention services to individuals and families, both face-to-face and via telephone/video.
• Conduct crisis evaluations on-site and in the community.
• Complete client care tasks associated with the 12-bed Crisis Residential unit.
• Develop and implement crisis intervention plans to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and interventions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with chronically mentally ill populations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
