Job Overview:
As a Senior Collaboration Solutions Consultant, you will leverage your technical expertise in Cisco Unified Collaboration technologies to provide tailored solutions that meet our clients' unique needs. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes through effective collaboration strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze customer business requirements to design optimal Cisco UC configurations.
- Lead technical post-sales implementation efforts, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
- Research and recommend innovative technologies and solutions to enhance collaboration capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and engineers to deliver exceptional service and guidance to clients.
- Travel may be required, primarily within the local area, to engage with clients and support project delivery.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant consulting experience with Cisco Collaboration applications.
- Proven success in designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco Unified Collaboration solutions, including call control, voicemail, and unified messaging.
- Familiarity with contact center operations and scripting (UCCX) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of REST API for scripting with Cisco Meeting Server and programming skills in languages such as Python or Java are preferred.
- Strong understanding of call routing, E.164 dial plans, and URI dialing.
- Experience with Unity Connections voicemail, Unified Messaging, IVR, and Text to Speech technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Core Route and Switch products is essential.
- CCNP Collaboration certification is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- A proactive approach to challenges and a commitment to achieving objectives is essential.
- A desire to learn and adapt to new technologies while contributing to team success.
