About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Private Duty LPN or RN to provide high-quality care to children and young adults with specialized healthcare needs in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide pediatric home health services to clients in Raytown and surrounding areas
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on disease management and self-care
  • Document client progress and communicate with healthcare teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and professional attitude
