Expert Leadership Consultant for High-Performing Organizations

LMI Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Expert Leadership Consultant to join our team of professionals dedicated to helping high-performing organizations achieve their goals. As an Expert Leadership Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize their performance.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership development and a passion for helping individuals and teams achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients, helping them to navigate complex challenges and achieve their objectives.
Responsibilities- Provide expert leadership coaching and development to help individuals and teams achieve their goals
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored strategies to optimize performance
- Work closely with clients to develop and implement effective leadership development programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing support and guidance
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends to ensure our clients receive the most effective solutions
- Doctoral-level psychology degree and a business-related degree in Organization Development, Human Resources Management, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of combined practical experience in psychology and business/management consulting
- ICF-certified coach, ACC level minimum
- Experience working with federal government clients, with a strong understanding of their unique needs and challenges
- Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong facilitation and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and interface with senior-level government leaders
- Self-starter with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations and take action
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience growing project work through identifying client needs, writing proposals, and developing white papers and capabilities briefings
