Position Overview

Since our inception, we have prioritized exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and reliability in the Concord area. We are currently seeking a motivated individual with a positive attitude and meticulous attention to detail to fill a full-time role.

This position offers potential for overtime and continuous training opportunities, both in the classroom and on-site.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Installation and maintenance of residential heating and cooling systems
  • Diagnosing and repairing system issues
  • Conducting annual preventive maintenance services
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle and work area
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Preferred Sheet Metal License
  • EPA certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (less experience may be considered for the right candidate)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to interpret plans and adapt to changes
  • Team-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
  • Hardworking, efficient, and receptive to guidance
