We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Maplewood Senior Living. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow a posted work schedule and arrive on time, dressed in appropriate attire.
- Operate the dishwasher and other kitchen equipment to ensure proper washing and sanitizing of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and residents.
- Familiarize yourself with food handling procedures and regulations.
- Operate kitchen appliances, including the dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, coffee maker, and ice machine.
- Assist with food preparation, inventory, maintenance, and food deliveries as needed.
Requirements
- Some kitchen experience is desirable.
- Basic knife skills are required.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
