Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef Manager to join our team at Bowlero. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our nationally recognized menus, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency in our kitchens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including lead cooks, cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menu planning, inventory management, and food purchasing programs to maintain budgeted revenue and costs.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team and Sales staff to plan and execute events, including catering and special occasions.
  • Estimate food consumption and make purchases as needed to maintain inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, including sanitation audits and cleaning schedules.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of kitchen management experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues.
  • Bachelor's or culinary degree preferred.
  • Current ServSafe certification required; ServSafe instructor certification or ability to be certified preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency.
