Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the RMA process, including failure analysis, logistics, and cycle time.
  • Drive closure of both customer and manufacturing quality issues and be capable of driving cross-functional team activities to implement solutions using an 8D approach.
  • Maintain appropriate quality metrics, including Incoming Acceptance Rate, and drive activities to improve these metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or related discipline required.
  • Minimum 5 years Quality Engineering, Failure Analysis Engineering, or similar experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working within a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to effectively lead a team for various quality related projects.
  • Extensive knowledge ISO 9001 and IPC standards.
  • Solid understanding of Quality tools, 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, 5S, FMEA, SPC, DOE.
