Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team at a community-based, nonprofit organization in Allentown, PA. As a Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary and specialty care to patients of all ages
  • Conduct thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to determine patient needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Clear and active Physician Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in the state of Pennsylvania
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $106,852 - $150,351.49/year
