Banquet Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Banquet Server to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Set up banquet rooms as instructed by the Banquet Manager, including linen, service ware, and glassware.
• Serve food and/or beverage in the order and to the expectation of the Banquet Manager, ensuring consistency throughout the banquet.
• Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
• Reset banquet rooms according to Manager's specifications to ensure the readiness of the room for the following function.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned to adhere to health standards.
• Safety: food handling and food server safety, look for hazards such as spills or wires that may be in the way.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be required.

• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
• Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 40 lbs through a crowded room.
• Ability to lift and rearrange tables and chairs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
