About the RoleWe are currently seeking a Family/Internal Medicine Physician to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be providing comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population with support from highly trained medical professionals.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to reshaping healthcare by promoting value-based care models and ensuring excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive and continuous primary care to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning for patients.
- Utilize telemedicine platforms to conduct virtual consultations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional care teams to manage patient care and optimize outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and case reviews with physician leaders.
- Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) systems (Athena preferred) to manage patient data efficiently.
- Maintain current knowledge of clinical practices and evidence-based guidelines.
The estimated salary for this position is $250,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
