Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at NC Dental Network. As a key member of our dental care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health through routine cleanings, exams, and education.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough dental cleanings and exams to identify and address oral health issues.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide education and guidance on proper oral hygiene techniques and nutrition to promote overall health.
  • Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts.
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in dental hygiene preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of North Carolina.
  • Proven experience in dental hygiene, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
