Cupcake Artist

We are seeking a skilled Baker/Decorator to join our team at Smallcakes Cupcakery And Creamery in Charlotte, NC. As a baker/decorator, you will be responsible for creating gourmet cupcakes and other desserts. Our ideal candidate is productive, attentive, accountable, motivated, responsible, and engaged.

We are a cupcakery and creamery that specializes in making gourmet cupcakes and homemade ice cream. Our products include custom cakes and signature desserts.

The estimated salary for this position is between $40,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

1. Prepare and decorate cupcakes and other baked goods

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in baking and pastry arts or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a baker/decorator
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
