Position Overview
We are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide leadership in technical, project management, marketing, or business development areas, guiding less experienced staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make critical design decisions with minimal oversight
  • Oversee the complete design process for projects of varying sizes
  • Mentor junior engineers and delegate tasks effectively
  • Ensure quality control and resolution of technical issues
  • Manage projects and cultivate client relationships
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Expertise in the technical aspects of electrical engineering
  • Proven ability to design and manage significant projects
  • Competence in conducting final quality control checks
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience; 8 years preferred
  • Professional Engineer license is required
