Job Title: Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Washington, DC. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our physical therapists to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Job Summary:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
  • Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Washington
  • 1+ year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a skilled nursing facility setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
