**Compensation and Benefits:**

The estimated salary for this position is between $19-$21 per hour. We offer comprehensive benefits, including medical and prescription insurance plans, competitive dental and vision insurance plans, a matching 401(k) program, generous paid holidays, paid time off, and more.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Foster Program Coordination: Solicit and oversee foster placements, ensuring the needs of both foster individuals and dogs are met for their well-being. Coordinate transportation logistics for dogs entering and exiting foster care.

Volunteer Training and Support: Instruct foster volunteers on proper training techniques and standards in accordance with approved K9s For Warriors training methods.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze foster program data and generate reports to inform decisions and improve the effectiveness of the foster program.

Communication and Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison for foster parents and prospective foster individuals, demonstrating readiness to be available on an on-call basis.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of dog training experience required.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience required.
  • Ability to understand dog body language is required.
