Compensation: $14 per hour

The Adventure Seeker - Attractions Host plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our Attractions at Great Wolf Lodge. This dynamic individual will work in various Attractions areas, including the Arcade, Ropes Course, MagiQuest, Moonstone Mine sluice, Bowling, Rock Wall, and other attractions within the Family Entertainment Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Safety and Satisfaction: Ensure guests have an unforgettable adventure while participating in Attractions entertainment, maintaining the highest standards of customer safety and satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Perform daily tasks, such as maintaining attractions, inspecting safety equipment, and ensuring adherence to operating procedure guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, engaging in suggestive selling and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience.
  • Merchandising and Cash Handling: Assist in merchandising functions, including display and store design, inventory receiving, stocking, and merchandise pricing, as well as perform cash-handling functions.

Requirements:

  • Age: Must be 18 years or older to work the Ropes Course; 16 years or older to work in other Attractions areas.
  • Education: Some High School education or equivalent.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., sit and/or stand for long periods, climb multiple flights of stairs, and work in a loud environment.
