Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our educational services team, you will be responsible for providing individualized speech therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans to address student needs, working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
  • Conduct assessments to identify student communication disorders and develop strategies to support student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to integrate speech therapy services into the student's educational plan.
  • Track student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal student outcomes.
  • Participate in IEP meetings to set goals and create strategies for student success.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • ASHA CCCs preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
