The Position

We are seeking an accomplished leader to join our team as Vice President and Head of Customer Success. In this critical role, you will drive our company's success by maximizing client retention, achieving operating margin goals, and implementing strategic initiatives. Your extensive experience in technical security operations will enable you to effectively lead our Customer Success function and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement security operations strategy to drive business growth and client satisfaction
  • Lead the Customer Success function, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational objectives with overall company goals and vision
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Over 15 years of experience with technical security operations in leadership roles for an MSSP or in an industry
  • Established experience working directly with customers that have utilized SOC, MDR, and Offensive Security services
  • Proven track record of successfully maximizing client retention and achieving operational goals
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop innovative solutions
