We are seeking an experienced Nurse Recruiter to join our team at Vibra Travels. As a Nurse Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring registered nurses for various long-term acute care positions across the country.

Job Summary

Vibra Travels is looking for a qualified Nurse Recruiter to fill a vacant position in our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of nursing regulations, and experience working with healthcare professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting registered nurses for long-term acute care positions, conducting interviews, and providing excellent customer service to candidates and clients.

We offer competitive hourly rates, ranging from $29.25 to $34.25 per hour (not including tax-free stipend), plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and recruiting registered nurses for long-term acute care positions
  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
  • Providing excellent customer service to candidates and clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience as a nurse recruiter or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of nursing regulations and standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
