  • Keep track of product inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Hire, train, motivate, and coach employees to provide attentive and efficient service to customers.
  • Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
  • Monitor store activity and ensure it is properly provisioned and staffed.
  • Analyze information and processes to develop more effective or efficient processes and strategies.
  • Establish and achieve business and profit objectives.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy business, ensuring signage and displays are attractive.
  • Generate reports and present information to upper-level managers or other parties.
  • Ensure staff members follow company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as necessary to ensure the overall health and success of the business.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing others is strongly preferred.
  • High School Diploma is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business management and leadership principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Time and project management skills and outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
  • Clean Driver's Record.
  • A food handler's license.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
