Key Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between physicians, advanced practice providers, executive administration, and staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Implement standardized organizational policies, programs, and initiatives at the physician practice level.
- Monitor and analyze reported data to develop or change processes to achieve desired goals.
- Lead by example and mentor office coordinators/team lead staff to manage physician practice and personnel.
- Establish and maintain open communication with providers and staff to ensure optimal office operation and patient experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in physician practice management or healthcare administration.
- Previous progressive and hands-on managerial experience in a medical practice.
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed with excellent organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer software proficiency, including MS Word suite, spreadsheets, and automated computer billing systems.
