VPK Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate VPK Teacher to join our team at New Destiny Worship Center. As a VPK Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young students and providing a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of 4 and 5-year-old VPK students
• Establish a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 45 Clock Hours DCF certification
• ELF Health and Safety Modules completion
• VPK Certification
• Closing Shift (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with 1 hour lunch break)
• CDA (Required)
• CPR/First Aid Certified (Preferred)
• 5 Year Work History on Resume
