Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Interim HealthCare Staffing. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and schools.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Responsibilities include taking patient vitals, conducting assessments, documenting progress, and reporting changes to the RN supervisor. The LPN will also assist the RN in carrying out physician's orders, patient care, and prescribed treatments.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care in a variety of settings, including medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and schools.
  • Take patient vitals, conduct assessments, document progress, and report changes to the RN supervisor.
  • Assist the RN in carrying out physician's orders, patient care, and prescribed treatments.
  • Administer medication, operate medical equipment, and maintain a safe environment.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN license in Colorado.
  • CPR Certification (demonstration course required).
  • Covid-19 vaccination card.
  • Proof of flu vaccination, during Flu season in the months of October-March (optional).
  • Must have a valid TB screening.
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication skills, and compassion.
