We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs, including tasks related to conveyor systems, mechanical equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, instrumentation, HVAC, and other areas.
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and repaired to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond promptly to spills and other emergency situations, taking necessary steps to mitigate damage and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
