About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inclusion Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Inclusion Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that program services are provided to families with children with emotional/developmental needs. This includes assessing services, providing resources for staff and families, and working with an interdisciplinary team to address identified disability and mental health concerns.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in sociology, guidance and counseling, social work, or a related field. Relevant work experience in human services/social services or child development may also be considered. We require two (2) years experience as a paraprofessional in a preschool, mental health, or social services agency. Additionally, you must possess a valid California driver's license, have use of a motor vehicle, and provide evidence of automobile liability insurance.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
