**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess claim coverage, liability, legal and damage issues
- Investigate, evaluate, and effectively resolve assigned claims in a timely manner
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external business partners
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims investigation, administration, and settlement
