Housekeeping Assistant

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facility, ensuring a comfortable environment for residents and staff. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Develop and implement daily cleaning schedules to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure seamless delivery of housekeeping services.
• Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitizing of resident living areas, bathrooms, and common spaces.
• Restock supplies, linens, and cleaning materials as needed.
• Report any accidents or incidents to supervisors immediately.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 25 pounds) and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The Housekeeper will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure is essential.
