Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personal care to our residents under the supervision of a licensed and/or registered nurse. The successful candidate will have the ability to read, write, and speak English, as well as possess good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care for residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreational activities, and outings.
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification with a successful completion of a CNA program.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
