Role Summary:
This position focuses on delivering tailored financial solutions to small enterprises with annual revenues up to $5 million. The role involves nurturing and expanding relationships with high-value clients while identifying new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete client experience to meet their needs and drive sales while managing risks.
- Identify and refer specialized small business solutions to clients, conducting thorough relationship assessments.
- Provide a premium customer experience by maintaining a strong field presence.
- Build partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance small business opportunities.
- Utilize credit expertise to advise small business owners on services and solutions that align with their goals.
