Produce Supervisor Job Description

Restaurant Depot seeks a dedicated Produce Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, customer service, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a smooth and efficient warehouse operation, focusing on customer satisfaction and product freshness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to drive sales and minimize losses.
  • Collaborate with the Produce Manager to implement effective inventory management and rotation strategies.
  • Train and supervise warehouse team members, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels and prevent shrinkage.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the produce industry.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
