Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys throughout all stages of litigation
  • Draft and respond to discovery requests
  • Ensure case files are meticulously organized
  • Support in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents
  • Manage and track court deadlines effectively
  • Prepare and file documents in state and federal courts
  • Communicate professionally with clients, experts, courts, and opposing counsel
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Familiarity with e-Filing and California legal procedures
  • Understanding of California discovery regulations
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Comfortable in a digital work environment
