This role will be pivotal in our research and development efforts, reporting directly to the Head of the R&D site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the innovation process by developing and implementing state-of-the-art phenotyping strategies, which include assays, histology, RNA, and protein analyses.
  • Design and execute experimental protocols, with a focus on perfusion workflows.
  • Conduct thorough analysis, evaluation, and interpretation of experimental data.
  • Encourage collaboration and effective communication with team members across various international locations.

Required Qualifications:

  • PhD in Life Sciences or Biosciences with 2-3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Expertise in laboratory techniques such as qPCR, western blotting, immunofluorescence, cell-based assays, and flow cytometry.
  • Proficient in omics technologies, including proteomics, metabolomics, and transcriptomics.
  • Experience in histology, encompassing sample preparation and fundamental image analysis.
  • Preferred background in disease biology, particularly in liver biology.
