Lead Esthetician

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Esthetician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our esthetician team, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and driving sales growth.

• Lead and manage the esthetician team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional client experiences.
• Assist in training and developing estheticians to ensure they are confident in protocols, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives, including events and social media content.
• Ensure all FACE FOUNDRI standards are upheld, including inventory management, product ordering, and client satisfaction.
• Conduct coaching conversations with team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.

• New Jersey Esthetician License required.
• 1-2 years of prior leadership experience in the salon or spa industry.
• Availability to work onsite events, including nights and weekends.

• 1-2 years of salon or spa experience.
• 1-2 years of leadership and customer service experience in the salon and spa or retail industry.
