Job Title: Pediatric Behavior Support Specialist

About Us: At Care Options for Kids, we provide innovative and therapeutic environments where children can develop at their own pace.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans for clients
  • Collaborate with behavior analysts and therapists to ensure effective treatment
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress
  • Conduct observations and record client behavior, developing reports to help inform treatment decisions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience working with children, preferably those with special needs
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and practices
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
