Overview
Dignity Health, a respected center for quality quaternary care, medical education and research, is seeking a skilled Virtually Integrated Care RN. This position offers the opportunity to advance professional practice by providing vital support in a proactive manner to the interprofessional bedside team and the patient/family using virtual technology.

The Virtually Integrated Care RN will significantly enhance the patient experience and ensure each patient receives the highest level of care. You will also positively impact the staff experience and improve morale by assisting with essential nursing functions to unburden the workload of the frontline care teams allowing more time with patients and families. As a highly skilled resource for on-site patient care teams, your exceptional communication skills, positive attitude, and knowledge of various diagnoses and situations ranging from minor to critical are crucial to your success.

In this role, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary patient care teams, provide guidance and mentorship, and lead the plan of care to deliver exceptional outcomes for patients. With the ability to use multiple technologies, including audio/visual, and knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR), you will be an integral part of the healthcare team. Responsibilities
  • Provide 24/7 virtual access to highly experienced RNs for patients and the bedside care team.
  • Facilitate patient care across the continuum.
  • Use virtual technology to support the interprofessional bedside team and the patient/family.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree - BSN degree or must be actively in pursuit of a BSN degree.
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Required within 6 months if applicable).
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of recent experience as licensed nurse in acute care.
  • Must reside in Arizona.

Pay Range
$35.00 - $58.63 /hour.
