  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management through radio contact and other means.
  • Record Keeping: Record passenger counts and trip times, as well as complete necessary paperwork involved in daily operations.
  • Equipment Setup and Breakdown: Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment, such as signs and cones, as needed.
  • Cleanliness: Sweep shuttles and remove debris to ensure cleanliness and a positive experience for passengers.
  • Mechanical Issues: Communicate any mechanical problems with shuttles to management in a timely manner.
  • Company Procedures: Comply with company procedures for shuttle operations, ensuring a safe and efficient experience for passengers.
Requirements
  • Valid CDL B or Higher: Possess a valid CDL B or higher with a passenger endorsement.
  • Customer Service Experience: Have prior customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional service to passengers.
  • Medical Card: Possess a valid medical card, with Valet Park of America able to assist with obtaining one if needed.
  • Background Check and Driving Test: Pass a background check and driving test, as required by the company.
