We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional to perform a variety of duties, including:

  • Troubleshooting equipment sets, replacing plumbing fixtures, and identifying and stopping leaks.
  • Supervising and making adjustments to the building automation system for patient/staff comfort.
  • Generator testing and inspections, replacing light fixtures and light bulbs, and responding to general building issues.
  • Coordinating specialized work with vendors and contractors.
  • Performing preventative maintenance tasks on emergency power systems, emergency lighting, ice machines, refrigerators, HVAC equipment, and other building systems.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3-5 years of related experience as a maintenance worker/technician.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Experience with Building Automation Systems.
  • Experience with computerized work order systems.
